Every incoming LiFePO₄ cell is checked for capacity, internal resistance and voltage, then graded. Only cells within a tight tolerance band are matched into a pack, because a pack is only ever as strong as its weakest cell.
Each Battery Management System is bench-tested before it goes near a cell. We verify every protection threshold individually: over-charge, deep discharge, over-current, short circuit, over-temperature and cell balancing.
03Matched cells are configured, welded and insulated with controlled torque and consistent busbar geometry. Precision here keeps internal resistance low and thermal behaviour predictable across the pack.
A multi-stage inspection covers welds, insulation, terminal integrity, enclosure fit and labelling. Anything outside specification is pulled from the line rather than reworked into a shipment.
05Packs are charged and discharged under load to confirm real capacity, charge acceptance and thermal behaviour, so performance is verified rather than assumed before a pack is cleared.
Cleared packs are labelled with model, voltage, capacity and traceability details, then packed to survive Indian road freight and dispatched with their documentation.
